I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with licensure in New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.  For over a decade I have been helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, depression, and wellness.

​I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.

I do not have a magic wand and there are no "quick fixes".  If we are going to work together I need your willingness to commit to the therapeutic process and the willingness to try difficult things.  I will be there to support and empower you every step of the way!
